Registration for the conference is open until 24 May 2024.

In-person registration fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions

• Welcome Reception

• Morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks (Lunch not included in registration fee, enjoy lunch at one of the nearby restaurants)

• Ada Innovate Conference Bag (includes pen, programme, and a notebook)

• Certificate of Attendance

• Access to Poster Awards Ceremony

• An electronic copy of the Conference Programme book and Abstract booklet

Virtual registration fee:

Virtual registration is available for participants who are unable to attend in person. Remote participants will have access to the livestream of lecture presentations.

Terms and Conditions

Ada Innovate reserves the right to make changes to the agenda and speakers at any time. Any changes to the agenda will be updated on our website and delegates should regularly check their emails for updates.

Photography will take place during the conference. By attending the conference, you are consenting to the use of photos to be publicised, such as for the website and publication purposes.

Registration Policies

• Everyone presenting (both oral and poster) and/or attending the conference must register.

• You have the right to cancel your registration within 14 days of placing your order with a £75 cancellation fee per delegate. Please email info@adainnovate.com to request the cancellation.

• If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place. The registered person must send an email to info@adainnovate.com. The email must include details of the replacement person’s full name, title, phone number, and email address.
